You can take 30-60 minute classes in the convenience of your own home or wherever you are! Simply, go to the on-demand video gallery and select what genre of class you are interested in taking. These videos are available 24/7 between October 27 – October 1, 2026.
Absolutely! We encourage you take the classes as many times as you would like; each time you take a class you are entered for a chance to win a raffle prize.
Look for the DOWNLOAD button underneath each video tile that has a companion PDF recipe or supply list. You may also download the Wellness Magazine which is filled with recipes, articles and wellness content!
You can take a variety of classes ranging from bodyweight only to using dumbbells and kettlebells. All instructors will show participants how to modify each workout to meet your fitness levels and available equipment. Make sure to download or view the PDF by clicking the EQUIPMENT button located under the video to see a list of items needed for the class.
Every time you complete a wellness video between October 27 – November 14, 2025, you are automatically prompted to enter the raffle for a wellness prize.
Simply go to the EVENTS page and select the scheduling button next the the preferred carrier you wish to speak with. Each appointment will be 10-minutes in duration and will allow one on one time to speak virtually or on the phone with a benefit advocate, who can address your questions and concerns.
In-Person Raffle: Held on November 5, 2025 at the Annual Health & Benefit Fair. By checking in with the Welcome station or the Human Resource station you will be given raffle tickets to enter the prize drawing.
Virtual Raffle: Each time you complete a video you will automatically be prompted to enter the digital raffle. Each video completed equals another raffle entry. This raffle window will be from October 27 – November 14. Good luck!
This portal provides employees within The Claremont Colleges benefit-related information for each of the eight institutions of The Claremont Colleges (TCC). The consortium is composed of educational institutions (Pomona College, Claremont Graduate University, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Pitzer College, and Keck Graduate Institute) and a general services organization (The Claremont Colleges Services) that supports the seven educational institutions. Each institution is a separate legal entity responsible for its own employment decisions and relationships. This portal does not alter the legal structure or independence of the institutions that make up the consortium. The portal also serves its affiliate, The California Botanic Garden.
